Versatile application for interior and exterior seams

The FINIXA sprayable seam sealer is specially developed for sealing and repairing both interior and exterior seams of cars. This sealer is ideal for replacing factory seams in the trunk, floor pan, and sill, and offers a durable solution for various bodywork applications.

Excellent adhesion without primer

Thanks to the advanced MS polymer formula, this seam sealer adheres excellently to various substrates without the need for a primer. This saves time and ensures a more efficient workflow. The sealer remains permanently elastic, preventing cracks and breaks.

Easy application with standard caulking gun

The 290ml cartridge fits all standard caulking guns, making application easy and accessible. For specific applications, such as applying to the inside of doors or panels, a pneumatic caulking gun (CSG 00) can be used to spray the sealer, providing sound damping and/or a textured coating.

Fast repaintability

An important advantage of this seam sealer is that it can be repainted after just 30 minutes with any primer, water- or solvent-based base coat, or top coat. This speeds up the finishing process and increases productivity.

Application instructions

1. Surface preparation: Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease and dust.
2. Insert cartridge: Place the cartridge in a compatible spray gun.
3. Test spray: Perform a test spray on a scrap piece to ensure correct flow and pattern.
4. Application: Spray the seam sealer evenly along the seam or surface to be sealed. For specific applications, a (pneumatic) spray gun can be used to spray the seam sealer onto the surface.
5. Curing time: Allow a layer thickness of 2-3 mm to cure completely for 24 hours.
