The GYS Gyspot BP Genius is designed for joining sheet metal made of mild and high-strength steel. With a welding current up to 13,000 A and a clamping force of 550 daN at 8 bar, this device meets the strict requirements of car manufacturers and delivers optimal performance in the workshop.

User-friendly design

The compact and lightweight clamp design (6 kg) makes it easy to quickly access hard-to-reach welding zones. The automatic 80 mm opening facilitates clamp positioning, while the intuitive operation via the 5.7” LCD color screen ensures an efficient workflow.

Automatic welding settings

Thanks to the intelligent AUTO module, the device automatically adjusts the welding parameters based on the material and thickness. This ensures consistent and high-quality welding results without manual adjustments.

Liquid-cooled system

The device is equipped with a liquid cooling system for the cables, electrodes, and caps. This prevents overheating and extends the lifespan of the components, even during intensive use.

BODYPROTECT technology

The advanced BODYPROTECT technology protects the user against magnetic fields, in accordance with standard 2013/35/EU. This increases safety during the welding process.

Modular and quick-change arms

The device comes with G1, G2, G3, and G4 arms, which can be easily changed without tools. This offers flexibility for various welding applications and allows for quick switching between different tasks.
