Easy application and fast curing

Thanks to its excellent workability, the filler is easy to apply. The fast curing allows you to further process the surface after about 20 minutes, such as sanding, grinding, or painting.

Durable adhesion and finish

The glass fiber reinforcement ensures durable adhesion to various substrates. For optimal finishing, it is recommended to apply a layer of Metal Plastic or Metal Plastic Extra Fine after applying and curing the Polyfiber filler, before painting or spraying.

Instructions for optimal results

1. Preparation of the surface: Degrease, derust, and sand the surface thoroughly.
2. Mixing the filler: Place a small amount of filler on a flat plate and mix it with 2 to 3% hardener. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass without visible streaks is obtained.
3. Application: Apply the mixture quickly and smoothly with a spatula. If necessary, apply in several layers until the surface slightly protrudes above the surrounding area.
4. Curing: Allow the filler to cure for about 20 minutes.
5. Finishing: After curing, the surface can be further processed by sanding, grinding, or painting.
