Thanks to the addition of aluminum pigments, this filler is particularly suitable for larger surfaces. ### Easy processing and excellent adhesion This 2-component filler is easy to mix and apply. The excellent adhesion ensures a durable repair, while the elastic properties contribute to a long-lasting result. ### Fast curing and workability After mixing with the hardener, you have a working time of 3 to 5 minutes. The filler can be sanded after about 30 minutes and can be painted over with all paint systems after approximately 1 hour. ### Resistant to external influences MOTIP Metal Filler is resistant to chemicals and weather influences, providing long-lasting protection for the treated surface. ### Technical specifications - **Color**: Silver grey - **Gloss level**: Ultra matt - **Content**: 1000 grams - **Base**: Polyester resin - **Processing temperature**: 10°C - 25°C - **Heat resistance**: Up to 120°C - **Recommended layer thickness**: Up to 2 centimeters - **Addition of hardener**: 2.5% ### Instructions for use 1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of grease. 2. Remove loose old paint and rust, and sand the surface. 3. Mix the required amount of filler with the hardener (2.5%). 4. Apply the filler in the desired layer thickness (maximum 2 cm). 5. Allow the filler to cure; after about 30 minutes it can be sanded. 6. If desired, apply a fine filler for a smoother result. 7. After about 1 hour, the surface can be painted over with the desired paint system. ### Safety measures - Wear suitable protective clothing and gloves during use. - Ensure adequate ventilation during application and curing. -
