Versatile application on various surfaces

MOTIP polyester filler is specially developed for leveling irregularities on surfaces such as steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, and polyester. Thanks to its excellent adhesion, this filler is suitable for a wide range of repairs.

Easy to use and process

This 2-component filler is elastic and easy to sand. After mixing with the supplied hardener, the filler can be applied in layers up to 2 centimeters thick. The ideal processing temperature is between 10°C and 25°C.

Resistant to external influences

MOTIP polyester filler is resistant to chemicals and weather influences, ensuring a durable finish. Once cured, the filler can be painted over with all paint systems, making it easy to achieve the desired finish.

Instructions for use

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove loose old paint and rust, and sand the surface.
2. Mix the required amount of filler with 2.5% hardener.
3. Apply the filler in the desired layer thickness.
4. After curing, the surface can be sanded and, if desired, painted over.

Safety measures

Read the instructions on the packaging carefully before use and act accordingly. Clean used tools immediately after use and do not store excess material mixed with hardener in the can.
