Versatile repair solution
The MOTIP polyester resin of 250 grams is a 2-component system that you use in combination with fiberglass mat or fiberglass fleece. It is ideal for sealing holes and cracks in substrates such as steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, and polyester.

Instructions for use
- Preparation : Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove loose old paint and rust, and sand the surface.
- Cutting fiberglass mat to size : Cut the fiberglass mat to the correct size, with a slight overlap.
- Mixing : Mix the required amount of polyester resin with the hardener (2.5% addition).
- Application : Coat the edges of the hole with the mixed resin and apply the fiberglass mat. Coat the mat with resin, starting at the edge. Then apply the fiberglass fleece and coat this with resin as well. Repeat if necessary.
- Curing : Allow the whole to cure. Drying time depends on the ambient temperature.
- Finishing : After curing, the material can only be sanded mechanically. Sand the surface and, if desired, apply a fine filler.
