It is ideal for sealing holes and cracks in substrates such as steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, and polyester. ### Application possibilities This resin is not only suitable for repairs, but also for creating objects where a mold is needed. Thanks to its elastic properties and resistance to chemicals and weather influences, it offers a durable solution for various applications. ### Product features - **Elastic** : Adapts to the movements of the material. - **Resistant to chemicals and weather influences** : Remains intact under various conditions. - **Excellent adhesion** : Adheres well to different surfaces. - **Mechanically sandable after curing** : For a smooth final result. ### Instructions for use 1. **Preparation** : Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove loose old paint and rust, and sand the surface. 2. **Cutting fiberglass mat to size** : Cut the fiberglass mat to the correct size, with a slight overlap. 3. **Mixing** : Mix the required amount of polyester resin with the hardener (2.5% addition). 4. **Application** : Coat the edges of the hole with the mixed resin and apply the fiberglass mat. Coat the mat with resin, starting at the edge. Then apply the fiberglass fleece and coat this with resin as well. Repeat if necessary. 5. **Curing** : Allow the whole to cure. Drying time depends on the ambient temperature. 6. **Finishing** : After curing, the material can only be sanded mechanically.
