SOUDAL POLY LIQUID, 1KG

Poly Liquid by Soudal is a pre-accelerated two-component polyester resin. Using a fiberglass mat, this is the ideal combination to make major repairs on metal, wood and polyester. This polyester resin has a fast cure and delivers rock solid repairs. Large damages to motorhomes, boats and cars you repair in a sustainable way with this polyester resin combined with fiberglass mats.

Instructions for use:

◘ Sand the surface and make it dust free

◘ Cut fiberglass mat to the desired size (overlapping at the edges by 3cm)

◘ Pour a small amount of polyester into the mixing cup and mix it with 2 to 3% hardener

◘ Mix well to obtain an even liquid
.
◘ Coat the surface with the polyester fluid

◘ Apply fiberglass mat and press on well + rub with polyester fluid

◘ Hardened after 30 minutes

◘ Ready to sand



Tip: To obtain an invisible repair, it is recommended to apply Soudal Metal platic putty above the polyester.
