Thanks to the included fiberglass mat, you can restore or completely replace damaged parts. ### Contents of the set This comprehensive set contains everything you need for a successful repair: - Pre-accelerated polyester resin (1 kg) - Fiberglass mat - Mixing cup - Hardener (50 g) - Brush - Spreader ### Key features - **Two-component system** : Ensures a strong and durable repair. - **Fast curing** : Cured and ready to sand within 30 minutes. - **Easy to use** : Complete with all necessary accessories for smooth application. - **Versatile applications** : Suitable for repairs on cars, boats, surfboards, and more. ### Application possibilities With the SOUDAL Polyset you can, among other things: - Repair small holes and dents in car bodywork. - Replace or reinforce rusted-through parts. - Repair larger damages to boats and surfboards. ### Instructions for use 1. **Preparation** : Sand the surface and remove dust. 2. **Cut fiberglass mat to size** : Ensure an overlap of about 3 cm on all sides. 3. **Prepare mixture** : Mix the desired amount of polyester resin with 2 to 4% hardener in the supplied cup until a homogeneous mixture without color differences is obtained. 4. **Application** : Using the brush, apply part of the mixture to the surface. Soak the fiberglass mat and press it firmly onto the surface. 5. **Repeat** : Repeat this process after the previous layer has dried to achieve greater strength. Make sure each successive mat is 1 cm larger. 6. **Finishing** : After curing, sand with very coarse sandpaper or a grinding disc.
