This kit contains all the necessary components to effectively restore or completely replace damaged parts. ### Contents of the kit - Pre-accelerated polyester resin (250g) - Hardener (50g) - Fiberglass mat (+/- 80x30 cm) - Mixing cup - Brush - Spreader ### Key features - Two-component system for strong and durable repairs - Fast curing, cured after 30 minutes - Easy to use and highly workable - Resistant to temperatures from -30°C to +120°C - Resistant to acids, gasoline, antifreeze, seawater, vibrations, and shocks ### Applications - Repairing small holes and dents in car body parts - Replacing or reinforcing rusted-through sections - Repairs on boats, surfboards, and other polyester surfaces - Suitable for metal, wood, and polyester ### Instructions for use 1. Sand the surface and remove dust. 2. Cut the fiberglass mat to the desired size, allowing a 3 cm overlap at the edges. 3. Pour a small amount of polyester resin into the mixing cup and mix with 2 to 3% hardener until a uniform liquid is obtained. 4. Coat the surface with the polyester liquid. 5. Soak the fiberglass mat and press it firmly onto the substrate. 6. Repeat this process, after the previous layer has dried, to achieve greater strength. Ensure each successive mat is 1 cm larger. 7. After 30 minutes, the repair is cured and ready for sanding. ### Tips for an invisible repair For an invisible finish, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of Soudal Metal Plastic filler on top of the cured polyester.
