Thanks to its high solids content, this product offers a filling capacity of 200 to 300 microns per layer, resulting in an extremely smooth surface after drying. ### Excellent adhesion to various substrates This spray filler adheres excellently to different materials, including: - Metal - Galvanized steel - Aluminum - Wood - Fiberglass - Filler This makes Slick Sand ideal for a wide range of applications in the automotive sector, marine, industry, and woodworking. ### Easy application and time saving After applying and drying Slick Sand, the surface is ready for further finishing. Light sanding is sufficient before applying the desired paint. For bare metal, it is recommended to apply a high-quality self-etching or epoxy primer before using Slick Sand. 2. **Mixing:** Shake and stir Slick Sand thoroughly before use. Add 30 grams of liquid hardener per liter of product (2% by weight) and mix well. The processing time is approximately 45 minutes at 24°C. 3. **Application:** Use a spray gun with a nozzle opening of 1.8 mm or larger. Apply 2-3 medium coats with 10-15 minutes between coats. 4. **Finishing:** Depending on the layer thickness and ambient temperature, Slick Sand can be sanded after about 2 hours. Sand the surface with P400-P600 sandpaper before proceeding to the next step.
