The FINIXA Spray Booth Protect Basic is a transparent, sticky, and washable coating specially developed to protect the walls of spray booths from overspray. Thanks to its adhesive properties, this coating traps airborne dust and dirt, resulting in a cleaner working environment and improved spray results.

Long-lasting stickiness and easy removal

Depending on temperature and humidity, the coating remains sticky for 6 to 8 weeks. When the stickiness decreases, an extra layer can easily be applied to extend its effectiveness. The coating is washable with water and a sponge or can be removed with a high-pressure cleaner.

Environmentally friendly and user-friendly

This water-based coating is biodegradable, contributing to an environmentally friendly work environment. The product is odorless and clear in color, so it does not affect the light output in the spray booth.

Application methods and consumption

The FINIXA Spray Booth Protect Basic can be applied in various ways:

• With paint roller: do not dilute
• With spray gun: needle 2.5 mm, do not dilute
• With pressure vessel: pressure 2.0 bar, do not dilute
• With airless system: tip 515-0.015", do not dilute

The average consumption is 15 liters per booth, with a coverage of 8 m² per liter per layer. The drying time is 15 minutes at 60°C. Depending on the desired protection, 2 to 4 layers are recommended.

Compatibility with Powerpeel

For easy removal, the coating can be applied over two dried layers of Powerpeel. This allows the protective layer to be removed entirely without leaving any residue.
