With the FOLIATEC 2K exhaust spray in glossy black, you can easily give your exhaust a new appearance. This innovative 2-component paint is specially developed for exhaust systems and provides a durable finish. ### Innovative 2-component system The FOLIATEC 2K exhaust spray uses an advanced 2-component system in which the hardener is already inside the spray can. This means you don’t have to go through complicated mixing processes. By simply activating the red button, you mix the components and the paint is ready to use. ### Resistant to extreme conditions This heat-resistant paint is designed to withstand high temperatures up to 180°C under continuous load and up to 220°C under short-term load. In addition, the paint is resistant to oil, chemicals, and corrosion, providing long-lasting protection for your exhaust system. ### Easy application Applying the FOLIATEC 2K exhaust spray is simple: - Shake the spray can vigorously for 2 minutes. - Remove the red button from the cap and place it on the pin at the bottom of the spray can. - Press the red button firmly to activate the hardener. - Shake the spray can again for 2 minutes. - Spray 2 to 3 coats with an interval of 10 to 15 minutes between each coat. ### Technical specifications - **Color** : Black glossy - **Content** : 250 ml - **Drying time** : 24 hours - **Heat resistance** : Up to 180°C under continuous load, up to 220°C under short-term load ### Preparation and maintenance For the best result, it is important to prepare the surface well: - Thoroughly clean the exhaust and remove rust. - Sand the surface finely with grit size 600-1000. - Make sure the surface is dry and dust-free before applying the paint.
