Thanks to the combination of zinc and aluminium, this spray forms a durable layer that protects the metal from rust. ### Versatile for various applications This spray is ideal for repairing damaged zinc surfaces and coating the inner edges of sheet metal during spot welding. Applications include: - Heating systems - Pipes - Steel constructions - Radiators - Railings - Guardrails ### Fast-drying and heat-resistant With a quick drying time, the treated surface is dust-dry after 5 to 10 minutes and touch-dry after 30 to 40 minutes. Full curing is achieved within 24 hours. In addition, the spray is heat-resistant up to 400°C, making it suitable for applications exposed to high temperatures. ### Easy application without primer The AUTO-K Zinc Aluminium Spray requires no pretreatment with primers and no post-treatment with other topcoats or clear lacquers. This makes application simple and efficient. For optimal protection, it is recommended to apply 2 to 3 layers, with a drying time of about 10 minutes per layer. ### Technical specifications - **Binder base:** Acrylic resins - **Colour:** Silver-grey - **Content:** 400 ml - **Spray coating:** With 2 cross coats: 30-40 μm ### Important usage instructions For best results: - Thoroughly clean and de-rust the surface. - Shake the spray can well before use. - Apply 2 to 3 layers with a drying time of 10 minutes per layer. Note: do not spray on surfaces coated with synthetic resins, as the paint may wrinkle. ### Overpaintability and chemical resistance The spray can be overpainted with itself after about 10 minutes. For overpainting with other Auto-K paints, it is recommended to test first on a sample piece.
