Protection and Application

MOTIP Zinc Spray is specially developed for treating galvanized and untreated steel. Thanks to its fast-drying formula and excellent adhesion, this spray provides effective protection against corrosion.

Excellent Corrosion Resistance

With a high concentration of zinc in the dry film, this zinc spray offers outstanding cathodic corrosion protection. This means the treated surface is protected for a long time against rust formation and other corrosive influences.

Resistant to Extreme Conditions

The zinc spray is resistant to various external factors:

Instructions for Use

1. Preparation : Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove loose old paint and rust, and lightly sand the surface.
2. Application : Shake the spray can for 2 minutes before use. Spray several thin layers from a distance of 25 to 30 cm. Shake the can again before each new layer.
3. Aftercare : After use, clean the valve by holding the can upside down and pressing the nozzle for about 5 seconds.
