The Spraymax 1K Unifill S4 medium grey is a high-quality filling primer that can be applied directly to various surfaces such as steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and different plastics. This makes the product particularly suitable for a wide range of repair and finishing tasks.

Excellent filling power and fast drying time

With its high filling capacity, this primer creates a smooth and even surface, ideal for further finishing. Moreover, the primer dries quickly, increasing the efficiency of your work. At a temperature of 20°C, the primer is dust-dry after 2-5 minutes, touch-dry after 5-10 minutes, and ready to sand after 45 minutes.

Easy application

The spray can is equipped with an adjustable nozzle, giving you a spray pattern comparable to that of a spray gun. This ensures a professional finish without the need for additional equipment. For optimal results, it is recommended to shake the can well before use and thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces to be treated.

Overcoatable

After drying, the Spraymax 1K Unifill S4 can be overcoated with both solvent-based and water-based paints. This offers flexibility in the choice of finishing coats and ensures a durable end result.

Application advice

For best results, apply 3 to 4 coats, with a dry film thickness up to 150 μm. Allow a flash-off time of about 5 minutes between coats until the surface is matte. After complete drying, the surface can be sanded and overcoated with the desired finishing paint.

Important notes

• Not suitable for use on polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or related plastics without prior treatment with a suitable plastic primer.
• Avoid application on thermoplastic paints to prevent unwanted reactions.
• Do not overpaint with 2K polyester filler.
