This type of gun is intended for bodywork applications where you want to apply higher-viscosity products, such as primer, undercoats and spray filler. Thanks to the larger nozzle opening, the gun can allow more material through than finer finishing spray guns. That makes it a practical choice for preparatory spray work where coverage, build and smooth application are more important than ultra-fine atomization for topcoat finishing. ### Top cup spray gun with conventional operation This model works as a gravity feed spray gun, where the paint or primer flows from the top cup into the gun. The PRO-TEK 2600 range is known as a conventional spray gun series, which suits applications well where you want to apply primer and filling materials in a controlled way. Within this range, the 2.5 mm version is mainly chosen for heavier products. For finer paintwork, smaller nozzle sizes are generally used, while this version is better suited to products that require greater flow. ### Practical features in use This version is equipped with a top cup, and within this range a 600 ml cup is specified.
