Fast evaporation time for efficient processing

With an evaporation time of about 2 minutes, even in cold environments, the primer ensures quick and efficient processing. When used with two-component windshield adhesives, the processing time is 15 minutes, offering flexibility in various working conditions.

Low MDI concentration and UV resistance

The primer has a low MDI concentration (<0.1%) and offers excellent UV resistance. This contributes to a safer working environment and extends the lifespan of the windshield bonding by protecting against harmful UV radiation.

Reactivation of existing polyurethane beads

It is possible to reactivate existing, cut polyurethane beads with this primer, provided the bead has been open for more than 2 hours. This offers extra flexibility and efficiency during repairs and replacements.

Corrosion prevention for long-lasting protection

In addition to improving adhesion and UV protection, the primer also provides corrosion prevention. This ensures long-lasting protection of the bonded surfaces against rust and other corrosive influences.
