Thanks to advanced colour change technology, the product changes from pink to green when it is ready to be sanded. This visual signal helps you determine the right moment for further processing, saving time and improving the quality of the work. ### Superior adhesion and sandability This filler is formulated with Evercoat's patented ECORESIN™ technology, ensuring excellent adhesion to various substrates and unmatched sanding performance. This results in a smooth finish and minimises the need for additional reworking. ### Versatile application on various substrates Evercoat Metal Glaze Optex is suitable for use on a wide range of substrates, including: - Steel - Aluminium - Fibreglass - E-coat - Siliconized bronze welds - Sanded OEM paint - Galvanised steel - SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) - Stainless steel - Cured, sanded 2K primer - Rigid to semi-rigid thermoset plastics This versatility makes the product ideal for various repair applications in bodywork. ### User-friendly mixing ratio and working time The product comes with a blue cream hardener and has a mixing ratio of 2% hardener to the total weight. After mixing, the working time is about 2.5 to 4.5 minutes at 22°C, with a curing time of 14 to 18 minutes before it is ready to be sanded. This ensures an efficient workflow and fast turnaround times in the repair process. ### Environmentally friendly formulation With a VOC content of up to 42 g/l, Evercoat Metal Glaze Optex meets strict environmental standards.
