The FINIXA One-step UV Primer/Filler is an innovative single-component primer and filler in a convenient 400ml spray can. Thanks to UV curing technology, mixing with other products is unnecessary, significantly simplifying the application process.

Fast drying with UV light

Using a UV lamp, such as the FINIXA UVL 00, this primer/filler dries within 1 to 2 minutes, depending on the thickness of the applied layer. This results in significant time savings and increases productivity in your workshop.

Easy application

For optimal results, follow these steps:

1. Surface preparation: Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove dust and grease. Sand with P180 – P220 for better adhesion.
2. Shaking: Shake the spray can vigorously for at least 2 minutes after the mixing ball starts to rattle.
3. Test spraying: Apply a test layer to check compatibility and desired texture.
4. Application: Spray a full layer from a distance of 20-30 cm in even, overlapping motions. For multiple layers, let each layer flash briefly and dry in between with the UV lamp according to the recommended times.
5. UV curing: Let the applied layer flash for about 30 seconds before exposing it to UV light for complete curing.
6. Topcoating: After full curing, the surface is ready for further finishing or topcoating.
7. Cleaning the spray nozzle: Turn the spray can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clean the nozzle.
