Versatile fuel hose

This 4mm fuel hose from GATES is designed for use in various applications, including fuel return lines, PCV and EEC systems, and fuel return hose connections on diesel injection systems. Thanks to its high-quality construction, this hose is suitable for both passenger cars, classic cars, and motorcycles.

Compatibility with different fuels

The fuel hose is approved for use with:

• Leaded and unleaded petrol
• Diesel
• Petrol blends with ethanol (E85)
• Methanol
• Ethers (up to the legal limits allowed by the EPA)

Robust construction and materials

The inner wall of the hose is made from NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), providing a smooth surface and excellent resistance to fuels. The spiral textile reinforcement inside offers extra strength and flexibility. The outer jacket is resistant to heat, oil, ozone, and weather influences, increasing the durability of the hose.

Important usage information

Note: this fuel hose is not suitable for pressure lines on fuel-injected engines or for use in the cooling system. The hose is sold per running meter; if you order multiple meters, you will receive one continuous length.
