For effective application of Wondarweld, follow these steps:

1. Drain the cooling system and flush it with a suitable cleaner to remove residues and contaminants.
2. Remove the upper hose from the cylinder head outlet and remove the thermostat.
3. Use a funnel to pour Wondarweld directly into the cylinder head outlet. Make sure the product does not get into the oil to prevent severe engine damage.
4. Reinstall the thermostat and the upper hose.
5. Fill the system with clean water and run the engine for 15 minutes to seal the leak.
6. After the repair, drain the system again, flush it with clean water, and refill with high-quality coolant.

Important points to note

• Wondarweld is designed for use in cooling systems filled with water. It is not soluble in coolant and may cause gel formation when mixed, which can lead to blockages.
• Never pour the product into the oil, as this can cause severe engine damage.
