Efficient removal of cured gaskets

LOCTITE SF 7200 is specially developed to effectively remove cured chemical gaskets by softening the material on the flanges. This allows gaskets to be removed without excessive scraping, minimizing the risk of surface damage.

Foam formula for vertical applications

When applied, LOCTITE SF 7200 forms a foamy layer on the gasket. This unique property prevents the product from dripping, even on vertical surfaces, and ensures the agent stays in place for the required time to work.

Suitable for various metal surfaces

This product is particularly suitable for use on aluminum and other soft metal flanges, where scraping could lead to surface damage. In addition, it can be used on most metal surfaces, making it a versatile solution for gasket removal.

• Removes cured gasket sealants and traditional gaskets within 10 to 15 minutes.

Application instructions

1. Spray the product onto the gasket, dried oil, or paint.
2. Allow to soak for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Remove the loosened residue with a soft scraper and wipe the surface clean.
