In combination with a 2-component polyester resin, this mat offers a robust solution for repairing holes and cracks in various materials such as steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, and polyester.

Easy to customize

Thanks to its flexible structure, the fiberglass mat is easy to cut to size. This allows you to precisely adapt the mat to the shape and size of the surface to be repaired, ensuring a seamless and efficient repair.

Application instructions

• Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free.
• Degrease the surface with a suitable degreaser, such as MOTIP M600.
• Cut the fiberglass mat to the desired size and shape.
• Apply the mat to the area to be repaired and saturate it with the 2-component polyester resin.
• Allow the assembly to cure according to the resin instructions.
• After curing, the surface can be finished with fiberglass filler or fiberglass fleece to remove irregularities.
• Sand the surface smooth and, if desired, apply a primer for further finishing.
