Whether working with steel, aluminium, wood, concrete or polyester, this filler offers a reliable solution for a wide range of repairs. ### Excellent filling power and impact resistance Thanks to the special glass fibre fillers, this product has very high filling power. This makes it possible to fill damage up to 2 centimetres deep in one go. Moreover, the high impact resistance ensures that the repaired surfaces are resistant to impact and last a long time. ### Easy to sand and paint over After curing, the filler is easy to sand, resulting in a smooth and neat finish. In addition, the product can be painted over with all paint systems, allowing you to seamlessly finish the repaired surfaces in the desired colour. ### Resistant to chemicals and weather influences MOTIP Glass Fibre Filler is resistant to various chemicals and weather conditions. This makes the product suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, without having to worry about the durability of the repair. ### Technical specifications - **Content:** 250 grams - **Colour:** Grey, ultra matt - **Recommended application temperature:** 10 - 25°C - **Maximum layer thickness per application:** 2 centimetres - **Sandable after:** Approximately 30 minutes - **Paintable after:** Approximately 1 hour - **Heat resistant up to:** 120°C ### Instructions for use 1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry and grease-free. Remove loose old paint and rust, and lightly sand the surface. 2. Mix the required amount of filler with 2.5% hardener. 3. Apply the filler in the desired layer thickness, up to a maximum of 2 centimetres. 4. Allow the filler to cure. Drying time depends on ambient temperature. 5. After curing, the surface can be sanded and, if desired, painted over with the desired paint system. ### Safety information - **Classification according to EC No 1272/2008:** - Eye irritation category 2, H319 -
