Powerful solution for deep damage

MOTIP Fiberglass Filler Unfilled is a 2-component filler, specially developed for effectively filling deep holes and damages in various materials such as steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, and polyester. Thanks to its excellent adhesion and high filling power, this product is ideal for both professional and DIY applications.

Easy application

The processing temperature is between 10°C and 25°C. Mix the required amount of filler with 2.5% hardener. The working time is 3 to 5 minutes, after which the product can be sanded after about 30 minutes. After 60 minutes, the filler is fully cured and can be repainted.

• Steel and aluminum : Repairing bodywork damage to cars and other vehicles.
• Wood and concrete : Repairing damages in wooden and concrete structures.

Instructions for use

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove loose old paint and rust, and sand the surface.
2. Mix the required amount of filler with 2.5% hardener.
3. Apply the filler in the desired layer thickness (maximum 2 cm).
4. Allow the product to cure and sand the surface smooth.
5. If desired, apply a fine filler for an extra smooth result.
