MOTIP Metal Filler is specially developed for leveling irregularities on surfaces such as steel, aluminum, wood, concrete, and polyester. Thanks to the addition of aluminum pigments, this filler is particularly suitable for treating larger surfaces.

Easy processing and excellent adhesion

This 2-component filler is easy to mix and apply. The excellent adhesion ensures a durable repair, while the elastic properties contribute to a long-lasting result.

Fast drying time and paintability

After application, the filler can be sanded after about 30 minutes and painted over with all paint systems after approximately 1 hour. This allows you to work quickly and complete the project efficiently.

Resistant to chemicals and weather influences

MOTIP Metal Filler is resistant to various chemicals and weather influences, which contributes to the durability of the repair. Additionally, the filler is heat resistant up to 120°C, making it suitable for applications exposed to higher temperatures.

Instructions for use

1. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove loose old paint and rust, and sand the surface.
2. Mix the required amount of filler with 2.5% hardener.
3. Apply the filler in the desired layer thickness, up to a maximum of 2 cm.
4. Allow the filler to cure. Drying time depends on the ambient temperature.
5. After curing, the surface can be sanded and, if desired, painted over with the desired paint system.
