Instructions for use

1. Preparation : Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and grease-free. Remove loose paint and rust, and sand the surface.
2. Mixing : Mix the required amount of polyester resin with the hardener according to the specified ratio.
3. Application : Cut the fiberglass mat to size with a small overlap. Coat the edges of the area to be repaired with the mixed resin and apply the fiberglass mat. Then coat the mat with resin, starting at the edge. Repeat if necessary with fiberglass fleece for extra strength.
4. Finishing : Allow the resin to cure. After curing, the surface can be mechanically sanded and, if desired, finished with a fine filler.

Safety measures

• Processing temperature : Work at a temperature between 10°C and 25°C for optimal results.
• Drying time : The drying time depends on the ambient temperature.
• Cleaning : Clean used tools immediately after use. Do not store excess material mixed with hardener in the can.
