High-quality 2-component primer for bodywork repair

Roberlo Megax X5 is a dark grey 2-component acrylic primer specially developed for professional bodywork repair. Thanks to its excellent adhesion and high filling value, this primer is ideal for treating surfaces with minor imperfections.

Excellent filling capacity and adhesion

With a filling capacity of 200 microns per layer and a coverage of 3.5 m² per litre, the Megax X5 offers efficient coverage. The primer adheres excellently to fillers, putties, and well-sanded, cured paint layers, providing a durable base for further finishing.

Easy application and processing

The Megax X5 is easy to apply with a spray gun and atomizes smoothly, resulting in an even layer. Once dry, the primer is excellent for sanding, both dry and wet, allowing the surface to be quickly and efficiently prepared for the next coat of paint.

Application instructions

1. Sand the surface with P240 grit.
2. Clean and degrease the surface with DA93 degreaser.
3. Mix the primer with the hardener in a 5:1 ratio.
4. Apply the primer with a spray gun with a 2 mm nozzle.
5. Allow the primer to dry and then sand with P360 to P600 grit for a smooth result.

Versatility in colour matching
