Powerful polishing paste for eccentric polishing machines

The SONAX Profiline ExCut 05-05 is specially developed for use with eccentric polishing machines. This polishing compound combines high cutting power with excellent gloss, making it ideal for restoring damaged car paintwork.

Removes deep scratches and sanding marks

With its powerful abrasive properties, the ExCut 05-05 effortlessly removes sanding marks up to grit size P1500. It also effectively tackles deeper scratches, as well as damage caused by bird droppings, insect residues, and tree resin.

Silicone-free and low dust

This polishing compound is free from silicones and produces little dust during polishing. This makes the product particularly suitable for use in body shops and by professional detailers who value a clean working environment.

User-friendly application

For optimal results, shake the bottle well before use. Depending on the size of the polishing pad (125 or 150 mm), apply the product to a hard eccentric polishing pad. Polish at medium speed for about 20 seconds, tilting the machine slightly if necessary. For deeper scratches, a hybrid wool pad can be used, although this may reduce the gloss. After polishing, remove any residue with a soft microfiber cloth.

Recommended after-treatment

For maximum high gloss, it is recommended to finish the paintwork with SONAX Profiline EX 04-06 after using the ExCut 05-05. This combination ensures a perfectly polished and glossy surface finish.

Note

Protect the product from frost and do not use on hot surfaces. Regularly clean the polishing pads and avoid combining different polishing compounds on one pad for the best result.
