The SOUDAL fiberglass mat is a non-woven mat of 50 x 100 cm, specially designed to be used with Poly Liquid for reinforcing surfaces to be repaired or creating new elements.

Instructions for use

1. Preparation: Cut the fiberglass mat to the correct size with about 3 cm overlap on all sides. Fray the protruding edges for a gradual transition.
2. Prepare mixture: Mix the desired amount of Poly Liquid with 2 to 4% hardener until a homogeneous mixture without color differences is obtained.
3. Application: Use a brush to apply part of the mixture to the surface. Soak the fiberglass mat and press it firmly against the surface.
4. Layering: Repeat this process after the previous layer has dried to achieve greater strength. Make sure each successive mat is 1 cm larger.
5. Finishing: After curing, sand with very coarse sandpaper or a grinding disc. For a good finish, a thin layer of Metal Plastic can be applied.
