Instructions for use

1. Sand the surface and remove dust.
2. Cut the fiberglass mat to the desired size, allowing a 3 cm overlap at the edges.
3. Pour a small amount of polyester resin into the mixing cup and mix with 2 to 3% hardener until a uniform liquid is obtained.
4. Coat the surface with the polyester liquid.
5. Soak the fiberglass mat and press it firmly onto the substrate.
6. Repeat this process, after the previous layer has dried, to achieve greater strength. Ensure each successive mat is 1 cm larger.
7. After 30 minutes, the repair is cured and ready for sanding.

Tips for an invisible repair

For an invisible finish, it is recommended to apply a thin layer of Soudal Metal Plastic filler on top of the cured polyester. This ensures a smooth and seamless result.
