This primer also provides effective protection against corrosion, even on critical surfaces such as aluminum.

Versatile applications

This epoxy filler primer is suitable for a variety of uses, from spot repairs to treating larger surfaces. Thanks to its high filling capacity, small imperfections such as pits and fine sanding scratches can be easily filled and leveled.

Easy application

The spray can is user-friendly and designed for efficient application. After activating the two components, the primer is ready to use and offers a processing time of about 4 days at 20°C. This gives you plenty of time to use the product without rushing.

Fast drying time and paintability

The SPRAYMAX 2K Epoxy Filler Primer dries quickly, allowing you to sand and paint the treated surface after just 12 hours at room temperature. With forced drying at 60°C, the primer is ready for further finishing after only 30 minutes.

Instructions for use

1. Preparation: Thoroughly clean the surface and remove any rust.
2. Activating the spray can:
3. Shake the can for 2 minutes.
4. Remove the red cap from the lid and place it on the pin at the bottom of the can.
5. Press firmly to mix the components.
6. Shake again for 2 minutes.
7. Application: Spray 2-3 coats with an interval of 5-10 minutes between each coat.
8. Finishing: Allow the final coat to dry and sand if necessary with wet sandpaper P800 for a smooth result.
