Universal applicability

The SPRAYMAX 2K matte clear coat is universally applicable to all 1K and 2K paint types, including water-based paints. This makes the product suitable for various applications and surfaces, without the risk of color change or yellowing.

Easy application

• Preparation: Ensure the surface is completely derusted, sanded, and degreased. It must be dry, grease- and dust-free.
• Activating the spray can:
• Shake the spray can vigorously for 2 minutes.
• Remove the red button from the cap and place it on the pin at the bottom of the spray can.
• Press the red button firmly and shake the spray can again for 2 minutes.
• Spraying:
• Spray distance: 10-15 cm.
• Number of coats: 1 to 2.
• Flash-off time between coats: 10-15 minutes.

• Drying times:
• Dust dry: approximately 15 minutes at 20°C.
• Handleable: approximately 80 minutes at 20°C.
• Fully cured: 12 hours at 20°C; 35-40 minutes at 60°C object temperature.
• Processing time: 48 hours at 20°C. Processing time depends on ambient temperature; higher temperatures shorten and lower temperatures extend the shelf life.

Important notes

• Personal protective equipment: Wear suitable respiratory protection and safety gloves during use.
• Storage: After activation, the spray can is usable for 48 hours at 20°C. Store the spray can in the refrigerator after use to extend its lifespan, but be aware of possible quality loss.
• Cleaning: After spraying, turn the spray can upside down and spray out the nozzle to prevent clogging.
