Design and compatibility

This trapezoidal polishing pad has a working surface of 140 mm and a hook-and-loop size of 125 mm, with a thickness of 20 mm. The central hole promotes better heat dissipation, preventing surface overheating. Specially designed for use with Dual Action (eccentric) polishing machines, this pad provides optimal control and power transfer during polishing.

Applications and benefits

The yellow, soft pad is ideal for removing light scratches, holograms, and swirls on car paint. Combined with Zvizzer FC 2000 Fine Cut polishing compound, you achieve a high-gloss finish. Additionally, the pad is suitable for applying wax, contributing to paint protection.

Durability and maintenance

Thanks to the use of special open-cell foam with high heat resistance, the pad retains its cutting ability for a longer period. The THERMO series pads are 5 to 6 times more durable than standard polishing pads. To optimally maintain cutting performance, it is recommended to keep the pad clean during use with warm water or a pad washer. Avoid using compressed air to extend its lifespan.
