With a hardness of 2 out of 5, this yellow pad is ideal for removing light micro-scratches and refining the paintwork without leaving new marks. It offers the perfect balance between cutting and finishing, resulting in a deep gloss and a hologram-free finish.

Durability and Efficiency

Thanks to the thermostable structure, the pad loses minimal cutting power during polishing, making it significantly more effective than conventional polishing pads. Moreover, the Thermo Trapez Pads are 5 to 6 times more durable than standard pads, ensuring a longer lifespan and less frequent replacement. 

Compatibility and Ease of Use

This pad is designed for use with Dual Action polishing machines and is compatible with a 35 mm backing plate. The beveled edges help prevent damage to adjacent surfaces, while the open-cell structure ensures even heat dissipation during polishing.

Application Tips

For optimal results, it is recommended to use two polishing pads alternately per panel. This prevents overheating and maintains the effectiveness of the polishing compound. An overheated pad can deform and reduce the performance of the polish.
