Simple and quick installation

With the CoolSeal connectors, you save time and effort. The installation process is simple:

• Strip the wire ends.
• Insert the wires through the gel in the connector.
• Crimp the connector with a suitable crimping tool.

After crimping, the gel activates immediately, resulting in a high-quality electrical connection without the need for a torch or heat gun.

Installation instructions

1. Strip the wire ends.
2. Insert the wires through the gel in the connector.
3. Crimp the copper connector on both sides with a suitable crimping tool.
4. The gel is activated immediately; within 2-3 hours it is 80% cured and fully cured after 48 hours.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to let the connection cure for at least 3 hours before subjecting it to heavy use.
