The Tyco CoolSeal connector in red offers an advanced solution for creating waterproof electrical connections without the use of heat. Thanks to the patented gel technology, the connection is protected against moisture and other environmental influences.

Easy and quick installation

With the CoolSeal connector, you save time and effort. The installation process is simple:

1. Strip the wire ends.
2. Insert the wires through the gel in the connector.
3. Crimp the copper connector on both sides.

After crimping, the gel is immediately activated, resulting in a high-quality, waterproof connection.

Gel curing time

After installation, the gel cures as follows:

• 80% cured: Within 2-3 hours
• Fully cured: After 48 hours

It is recommended to let the connection rest for at least 3 hours before subjecting it to heavy loads.
