The Cool Seal product range is a new and innovative alternative to heat shrinkable connectors. Cool Seal provides a high quality moisture protected electrical connection that gives time and money saving benefits. You can easily apply Cool Seal by stripping the wire ends, inserting the wire ends through the gel in the connector and squeezing the connector. After this the patented gel will be activated immediately creating a top quality waterproof electrical connection!


You no longer need a burner or f;hn to make a high quality electrical connection. Cool Seal can be applied in engine compartments, chassis and lighting systems in the automotive sector, construction, lighting industry and shipping- aviation.

This is how to use the cool seal



Step 1 - Strip wire ends.Step 2 - Insert wire ends through gel into the connector.Step 3 - Pinch copper connector left and right. Tip! Use the Cool Seal crimping tool.
Step 4 - After squeezing both sides of the connector, the gel will be activated immediately.
Within 2-3 hours the gel will be 80% cured, after 48 hours the gel is fully cured.Preferably wait 3 hours before putting intensive strain on the Cool Seal connection
