This version is equipped with integrated parking sensors, giving you extra assistance when reversing through audible and visual signals in the car. Thanks to the platform design and the individual telescopic bike arms, you can load bikes quickly and flexibly. You attach the bikes to the frame or the rear wheel, making this carrier suitable for different types of bikes. ### Handy for e-bikes and various frame types This bike carrier is designed for 2 bikes and has a total load capacity of 60 kg, with a maximum of 30 kg per bike. That also makes it suitable for heavier bikes such as many e-bikes. The adjustable holders and mounting arms make it practical to use with different bike geometries. It supports wheel sizes from 16 to 32 inches, a maximum wheelbase of 1350 mm, and tyres up to 3.2 inches wide. With optional wheel straps, use with wider fat bike tyres is also possible. ### Parking sensors and ease of use on the road An important feature of this ParkSecure version is the integrated sensor system with four sensors. This helps better protect the bike carrier and bikes while manoeuvring in reverse. The in-car unit provides alerts in the vehicle and works on vehicles with a 13-pin connection. This Thule is also thoughtfully designed for everyday use: - tilting function with bikes mounted for access to the boot - fully foldable for compact storage - self-stabilising coupling for quick mounting on the towbar - integrated carrying handles for easier moving - locks included to secure the bikes to the carrier and the carrier to the car ### Technical features in practice The 25 cm distance between the bikes helps limit contact between them during transport. This is especially useful when transporting delicate frames or wider handlebars. With dimensions of 69 x 126 x 22 cm and a folded size of 69 x 27 x 73 cm, this bike carrier remains relatively practical in use and storage.
