Effective cleaning without disassembly

The PETEC Diesel Particulate Filter Cleaner spray 400ml is specially developed to effectively remove soot and ash deposits in the diesel particulate filter (DPF) without the need for disassembly. This saves time and effort while maintaining your car's performance.

Areas of application

In addition to cleaning the diesel particulate filter, this spray is also suitable for cleaning the EGR valve (exhaust gas recirculation valve), which contributes to optimal operation of the exhaust system.

Instructions for use

1. Allow the engine and exhaust system to cool down to a maximum of 50°C.
2. Shake the spray can well before use.
3. Remove the temperature or pressure sensor and attach the supplied spray probe.
4. Spray the cleaner for up to 2 minutes towards the DPF until foam comes out of the sensor opening.
5. Let the product work for 5 minutes and repeat if necessary.
6. Reinstall the sensor, let the engine idle for 10 minutes, and then take a 20-minute drive to complete the filter regeneration.
