The Motip Food Grade PTFE Oil is specially developed for lubricating mechanical parts made of both metal and plastic. Thanks to the addition of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), this oil offers an exceptionally low friction coefficient, resulting in minimal wear of the treated parts.

Suitable for high-pressure applications

This PTFE oil is extremely suitable for treating parts exposed to high pressure. The unique composition ensures excellent mechanical and thermal stability, so the oil remains effective under heavy loads and at varying temperatures.

Application in the food industry

With NSF H1 registration (number 139846), this oil is suitable for use in the food industry. This means you can safely use the oil in environments where incidental contact with food is possible, without compromising safety or hygiene.

Excellent penetrating action

The fine structure of the oil, with a particle size of approximately 5 micrometers, ensures excellent penetration into hard-to-reach areas. This makes it possible to effectively lubricate even the smallest parts and protect them against wear and seizure.

Resistant to various influences

Motip Food Grade PTFE Oil is resistant to weather influences, weak acids, and bases. In addition, the oil is water-repellent, providing extra protection against corrosion and other harmful effects of moisture.

The spray can is equipped with a 360° valve, allowing you to apply the oil in any position, even upside down. The targeted spray pattern ensures precise application, so you can apply exactly the right amount of oil to the desired spot.
