Vehicle compatibility

The SP TOOLS OBDII/EOBD fault code reader is designed for cars that comply with the OBDII standard. This includes:

• USA: All vehicles from 1996 onwards
• Europe: Petrol vehicles from 2001 and diesel vehicles from 2004
• Australia and New Zealand: All vehicles from 2006 onwards

Note: Not compatible with Japanese vehicles using the JOBD protocol.
